AtQuantumScope Services, Inc. we are committed to providing our clients with the most professional, thorough and complete home inspections that we possibly can offer. When you schedule your home inspection, we ask that all available parties be available, including the homeowner and both the sellers and buyers realtors when possible. Often times if we discover an issue all parties can agree on a remedy, which decreases the likelihood of a delayed sale, and documented in our report. In those rare instances, we are unable to provide our clients with a product or service they feel comfortable with we will work with them to make any necessary corrections. However, to get this process started a discontented client must notify our office in writing within 96 hours of receiving their full final report. We accept electronic emails as well as snail mail but this notice must contain what the issue is. Our office will respond within 72 hours providing you with a decision.
